ROYAL HOUSES

HOUSE AUREUS

House Aureus does not bend. It stands — brilliant and unshaken.

One of the ancient Royal Houses of the Empire, House Aureus embodies discipline, courage, and radiance. Their warriors wear silver armor marked with a golden sun, a symbol of the House’s enduring legacy and principled strength. To wear the sigil of Aureus is to represent not only one's House, but the Imperial ideal — of unity through strength, and strength through loyalty.

Members of House Aureus are trained from a young age in leadership and combat. They are not known for political games or veiled threats — but for meeting conflict with clarity and conviction. Their honor is not performative; it is practiced. Their word, once given, is unbreakable.

HOUSE ZENITH

House Zenith doesn't seek the spotlight — only the silence that follows it.

From their distant, obsidian-cloaked world at the far edge of the Royal Planets, House Zenith maintains a reputation for quiet authority and intellectual extremity. Known for their reclusive nature, they rarely appear in public council and often operate through envoys, scholars, or agents whose allegiances are difficult to confirm.

Unlike other Royal Houses that gain influence through military might or political alliances, Zenith's power lies in knowledge — ancient, obscure, and often uncomfortable. Their holdings are home to some of the oldest arcane institutions in the Empire, where disciplines long considered controversial are still studied behind closed doors.

HOUSE REGALIA

House Regalia doesn't lead through fear — it leads because it has always led.

At the center of the Empire stands House Regalia, the reigning Royal House whose bloodline traces back to the founders of the Nimbus system. From their throne world of Regalia, the Czar presides over the First Worlds with solemn authority, ancient ceremony, and the ever-watchful gaze of tradition.

The house is defined by its iconic Crown and Veil sigil, symbolizing the dual nature of their rule: absolute power veiled by restraint. Regalia is not flamboyant, but formal. Not loud, but unyielding. It is the face of the Empire’s continuity — revered by some, feared by others.

HOUSE THALVARA

House Thalvara does not dominate — it endures.

Hailing from the perilous planet of Thalvara, where survival is a daily trial, House Thalvara has carved its place among the Royal Houses through resilience, resourcefulness, and silent strength. Unlike the more polished courts of Aureus or Regalia, Thalvora’s influence comes from grit — from enduring deadly fauna, harsh terrain, and isolation while still delivering vital goods to the Core.

Its members are known for their striking silver hair, steel-gray eyes, and calm, calculating demeanor. They speak with purpose, act with caution, and rarely reveal more than is necessary. Yet beneath that restraint lies an iron will — one honed by generations of surviving what others could not.

HOUSE AQUA

House Aqua doesn’t resist the current — it becomes it.

From the breathtaking ocean world of Aqua, where the surface is in constant motion, House Aqua has mastered the art of flow — in politics, in diplomacy, and in culture. Their society, like their planet, is shaped by tides: flexible, adaptive, but never directionless. Their influence drifts through the Empire like a subtle undertow — rarely confrontational, but undeniably powerful.

Aqua is believed to host vast underwater cities, sophisticated artistic enclaves, and deep-water archives housing some of the Empire’s oldest oral traditions and sea-borne technologies. Its nobility is often associated with refinement, musical cadence in speech, and strategic unpredictability.

HOUSE Dracus

House Dracus doesn’t earn respect. It demands it.

Born from magma and sustained by conquest, House Dracus rules its blistering planet with the same ferocity it brings to Imperial politics. From the fiery world of Dracus, veined with molten rivers and scarred by volcanic ridges, this Royal House forged its name through domination — of land, of rivals, and of enemies foolish enough to challenge their claim.

Where other Houses trade in diplomacy or ceremony, Dracus asserts itself through fear, force, and absolute control. Their dragon sigil is no mythic tribute — it is a promise: of destruction, possession, and pride. Their leaders are known not for wisdom, but for wrath.

House Kaizen does not react. It reflects.

Veiled in soft violet light and perpetual twilight, Planet Kaizen is home to one of the most enigmatic Royal Houses in the Empire. House Kaizen is neither loud nor visible — and that is by design. Its members favor meditation over motion, analysis over impulse, and long-term positioning over short-term power.

While other Houses dominate through strength or speech, Kaizen exerts quiet influence — its advisors are rarely seen but often suspected, its archives are said to contain truths erased elsewhere, and its silence is rarely ignorance… but intention.
